IT Technician

We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our team and provide technical support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems and troubleshooting, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain computer systems and networks
• Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and perform repairs or upgrades as needed
• Set up and configure new equipment and software for employees
• Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies and equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT support or a related field
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus
