Responsibilities
  • Process a variety of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information about our products and services
  • Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records of all transactions
  • Identify and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote and cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and team sales goals
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or cash handling preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proficient in basic computer skills and knowledge of banking systems
