The Hotel Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests and provides exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience at the hotel.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Answer phone calls and handle inquiries or requests
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain and update guest information and records
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of front desk or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
