Responsibilities
  • Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner
  • Answer phone calls and handle inquiries or requests
  • Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
  • Handle guest complaints and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain and update guest information and records
  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of front desk or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
