Resort Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury resort. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all departments within the resort, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction
• Hire, train, and supervise resort staff
• Ensure all resort facilities are well-maintained and meet safety and cleanliness standards
• Create and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the resort has necessary resources and supplies
• Monitor and analyze financial statements to make data-driven decisions for the resort

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in resort or hotel management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in budgeting and financial management
• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
