We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and techniques, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and PPC
• Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms and monitor social media accounts for customer interactions
• Analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization and improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and branding
• Track and report on key performance metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media marketing best practices
• Proficient in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
