Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office
