Email Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team and help us develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email marketing strategies and best practices, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, including creating email content, designing templates, and deploying emails through various email marketing platforms
• Analyze email campaign performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, and other criteria to ensure targeted and effective messaging
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement email marketing strategies that align with overall marketing goals
• Manage and maintain email marketing database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a B2C or ecommerce environment
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or HubSpot
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of email marketing regulations and best practices, such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR
